HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN INDIAN STYLE | AYAM MASAK ALA INDIA RECIPE

A Materials: -

  • The chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
  • salt
  • turmeric


B Materials: -

  • Curry leaves.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Sugar to taste.
  • 1/2 lemon seeds (extraction)
  • A little mustard.
  • 1 large onion (sliced​​)
  • A little ginger (sliced​​)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder mixed with a little water.
  • 4 tablespoons of cooking oil.
  • A little water.
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried chilli already machined.


METHOD

A substance must be mixed all at once, and left.

Then on the stove, heat 4 tablespoons oil na, enter 4 flock, mustard and add the marinated chicken.

Fry briefly, then add the onion, ginger and curry leaves.

Then, add dried chili blended and curry powder oil.

After that mix till the last fill lemonade, sugar, salt and water.

Ready to be served.
