INGREDIENTS
Indian mackarel with any kind of fish or fish
- 10 dried chillies (boiled or soaked until fluffy)
- 5 red onion
- 1 garlic bji
- tamarind water (half cup)
- a little shrimp paste
- salt
- sugar
INSTRUCTION
Fish fried in advance (for condiment use this fish oil is also my new iPod)
* marked blend until crushed, then saute until oil rises, in sugar, salt, tamarind juice. (town in a little water)
then in fish, cook until slightly thick NCI those verses sauce .. Eat with hot rice and put sauces. yummy!
