Moussaka North Soup


Moussaka SUP NORTH

bahan2 :
- Chicken 3 pieces of meat and bone amik ( loose flesh shall want to use )
- cubes of chicken stock
- cinnamon
flowers lwang
- onion 5 cloves
, 2 cloves garlic
- oil for stir fry
adequate water-
- salt
- noodle ( soak and celurkan with hot water while whisking ut turmeric for yellow color )
- spring onion , coriander leaves, fried onions ( for garnish )

Cara2 :
1 - pound red onions and garlic
2 - fry until the oil is hot, add onion YG 've pounded , star anise and cinnamon sticks
3 - let crispy chicken, and enough water
4 - enter ATAK chicken cubes simmer until the chicken is tender

- Heat oil
- enter chili powder then add the tamarind water for a while to let the syrupy manuskkan Then, salt , white sugar and brown sugar.
- let again until thick about Latu 's done .. can be served with rice noodle soup last
