Steamed black rice


Steamed black rice

ingredients: 
6 eggs bj 
200 gm castor sugar 
1 tsp ovalette 
350 gm of black rice flour 
1 tablespoon cornstarch 
1/4 tsp salt 
150 ml corn oil 
200 ml coconut milk 
1 tsp vanilla extract 

How to make: 
1. Turn the eggs, sugar, salt, ovalette until fluffy 
2. Enter sticky rice flour, corn flour and mix well 
3. Add oil, milk and vanilla essence and mix well until blended 
4. Pour the batter into the tray was in grease and oil cloth paper dg 
5. Steam over medium heat approximately 30-40 minutes of vigorous boil. 

topping: 
100 gm cream cheese 
100 gm fresh cream and beat until thick 
30 g sugar 
100 grams of grated cheddar cheese to sprinkle 

How to make: 
1. Whipped cream cheese and sugar until soft and add fresh cream and mix well until blended. 
2. Spread the topping over the cake and sprinkle with grated cheese dg. 

* If there is no black rice flour can use white YG then add cocoa powder..
